This was a fast work for a competition. I tried to mimic some golden oldies adventure game covers etc. but one thing that ruins this is the sucky nonexistant perspective. I might get back to this one and redraw it

the waves should get abit smaller on distance and the perspective is really off but nice work anyway

Yep, the declining of the waves into the horizon really got me off-guard at a late moment in the painting. Mostly because the tides raised by the living island fooled me
